Join Hazelwood Neighborhood Association Inc. free for the first year. Annual membership dues will be collected on December 1-10; of the following year you joined. Dues paying members will receive one qualifying vote from the general body membership per household/business. Membership dues are $10.00 annually made payable by cash, check, money order or online with a credit/debit card to Hazelwood Neighborhood Association Incorporated, and are used to fund public events, over administrative costs, and reserve funds. By signing below you agree to these terms.
