Hazelwood Neighborhood Association Inc.
Established on December 01, 2025, the Hazelwood Neighborhood Association Incorporated is a grassroots organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in south Louisville neighborhood. Governed by a Board of Trustees, the HNA serves residents and property owners within the area bordered by Manslick Road to the west, I-264 (Watterson Expressway) to the north, Taylor Boulevard to the east, and Hazelwood Avenue to the south. The association focuses on community engagement, advocating for affordable housing, green space revitalization, and organizing local events to foster neighborhood pride. By collaborating with city services and local partners, the HNA works to revitalize the historically significant area near Iroquois Park.

Neighborhood Watch

HNA INC. has partnered with C3 Neihborhood Watch Community Covenant Connection, to provide a safer community for Hazelwood. Patrols are done by members of the association and the neighboord 24/7/365. If we see something we say something.
